The office staff had him back to my house quickly, and they called 20 minutes before he would arrive. The price was in line with all the other service repair centers - even with the house call / diagnostic charge of $80. This was applied to the cost of the repair. In the end, the experience, knowledge, and service were worth the price. I feel like the price and service were excellent.
Courteous and informative phone call to set up appointment. Immediate receipt of e-mail confirmation and photo of serviceman. We were kept abreast of possible late arrival but [tech] did arrive within the assigned time slot. He was businesslike and knowledgable. And my dryer works well today!!
